Terms of service
These terms and conditions of sale are entered into on one side by HYASHOP, a company with a share capital of €1,000, headquartered in Avignon and registered with the Avignon Trade and Companies Register under number 987 640 091 (hereinafter referred to as “HYASHOP”), operating the site Hyashop.com, and on the other side by any natural or legal person wishing to make a purchase through the site Hyashop.com (hereinafter referred to as “the Buyer”).
Article 1. Object
These terms and conditions define the contractual relationship between HYASHOP and the Buyer, and the conditions applicable to any purchase made via Hyashop.com. By purchasing a product through this site, the Buyer fully accepts these terms and conditions, of which they acknowledge having prior knowledge.
HYASHOP reserves the right to modify these terms at any time to comply with new regulations or improve the usability of the site. The applicable terms will be those in force at the date of the Buyer’s order.
Article 2. Products
The products offered are those listed on the Hyashop.com website, subject to stock availability. HYASHOP reserves the right to modify its product assortment at any time. Each product is described with key technical features. Images are as accurate as possible but are not binding. Products sold on Hyashop.com are intended for buyers residing in countries where entry of such products is fully allowed.
Article 3. Pricing
Prices displayed on product pages are in Euros (€), inclusive of all taxes (TTC), including applicable VAT at the time of order. Any change in VAT rate may be reflected in the product price. HYASHOP may modify prices at any time, but the price on the day of the Buyer’s order is the only one applicable. Prices do not include shipping costs, which are charged separately according to total order amount. Shipping is free for orders ≥ €500 (excl. VAT), otherwise a variable shipping flat fee applies.
Article 4. Order and Payment Terms
Each Buyer must identify themselves on shop for purchases or account access. The ordering process includes selecting items, adjusting quantities, verifying or entering a delivery address, calculating shipping fees, recognizing carrier details, accepting these terms, and finalizing payment via secure card interface.
Once payment is accepted, the order is recorded and the contract is formed. Card payments are final. In case of fraud, the Buyer may dispute the payment with their bank within 70 days (or 120 days if contractually allowed), and the amounts will be refunded by the bank within one month. HYASHOP bears no liability for fraudulent card use.
By confirming an order, Buyers accept these terms in full and abandon any contrary purchase terms. Data provided and confirmation serve as proof of transaction. If an email address is provided, HYASHOP will send confirmation of the order.

Article 5. Retention of Title
Ownership of the products remains with HYASHOP until full payment is received, including principal, fees, and taxes.
Article 6. Withdrawal
Under Article L121‑20 of the French Consumer Code, Buyers have a 14‑calendar‑day withdrawal period from receipt of their order to return the product for exchange or refund without penalty, excluding return shipping costs.
Article 7. Delivery
In-stock items are shipped on the same day or no later than the next business day. Out‑of‑stock items are shipped within 3–6 business days after confirmation. Orders are shipped via Colissimo with tracking and delivery signature. Delivery is made to the address specified at order; warehouse pickup is not permitted.
Maximum delivery time is 60 days from the order date. Normally, delivery takes approximately 1–3 working days within Europe. If shipping is delayed by more than 6 business days from confirmation, HYASHOP will inform the Buyer. The sole remedy for late delivery (beyond 6 business days) is at HYASHOP’s discretion—a credit or refund.
HYASHOP is not responsible for delivery errors if the Buyer has provided incorrect or undeliverable address information or modification during transit. Buyers must check packaging and contents upon delivery. Any transport damage must be reported to the carrier within three days of delivery.
Article 8. Warranty
All products sold by HYASHOP come with the legal warranty under Articles 1641 et seq. of the French Civil Code. In case of non‑conformity, the product may be returned to HYASHOP for exchange or refund. Claims must be made by postal mail to HYASHOP at the above address within 30 days of delivery.
Article 9. Liability
HYASHOP is bound only by an obligation of means. It is not liable for damage resulting from internet use (data loss, virus, service interruption, etc.) in the remote sales process.
Article 10. Intellectual Property
All elements of Hyashop.com remain the exclusive intellectual property of HYASHOP. No one may reproduce or exploit any site elements (photos, logos, text) even partially without authorization.
Article 11. Personal Data
HYASHOP is committed to preserving the confidentiality of Buyer information. It is subject to Law No. 78‑17 of January 6, 1978. Buyers have rights of access, modification, and deletion of their data, requestable by mail at the HYASHOP address.
Article 12. Dispute Resolution
These terms are governed by French law. Any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Avignon.
Article 13. Customs‑Held Shipments (outside EU)
Clients outside the European Union are responsible for understanding import regulations in their destination country. HYASHOP ships from France; customs delays, taxes, controls may apply. If a parcel is held by customs, the Buyer must contact local customs to arrange release. HYASHOP may provide standard documents if requested (CE certificate, declaration of conformity). No refund is possible until the parcel is returned in good condition. HYASHOP is not responsible for products seized, destroyed, or refused by destination country customs.
